Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

You may initiate returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your product, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, free of flaws, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item, or an error by Zaya & Muse. Products that are personalized, customized, or made to order cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect due to an error by Zaya & Muse.

If your product is damaged upon delivery, please notify us immediately through our Contact Us page. We will assist you in resolving the issue, which may include a return, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances. Placing an Order
